Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am the petitioner in a paternity and related relief case to place myself on child support and adopt a parenting plan. I filed this in on 8/8/11, complied with case management services and awaiting mediation appointment. On 10/24/11, I received a summons from a different county with the respondent in the case above petitioning me for child support. She filed this petition in July 2011, although I was just served on 10/24/11. In her affidavit she filed in my case she admitted to "not being a party to any other related cases" although she filed this with a different county prior to me filing the petition against her without my knowledge, also her financial affidavit filed with the petition doesn't match the financial affidavit she filed as the respondent in my case. Where should I go from here?
