Help!!!

Ok I am posting this for my sister in law who doesnt have computer access she recently got divorced from her husband in july they have 2 kids together ages 4 and 2 one of the children is a ''special needs'' child hes autistic. And her ex recently got married. Now he took her to court with his new wife wanting custody claiming that she had her chance 2 raise the kids now he wants his they have both attended parenting classes,but she doesnt want her ex husband 2 have full custody of the kids she lives in tampa area and needs a lawyers advice as well as an attorny 2 help her.*

To modify a custody order, her ex will need to prove that since the order, there has been a substantial change in the circumstances of the parties, such that it would be in the best interests of the children to change the time sharing arrangement. That is very tough to prove, and the fact that he has remarried would not be enough.
