prenup

possible marriage, both married before, wealth aprox 250,000 ,hers ?. if we get married,does a prenup override a divorce paper if she ever files one,and wants my assets. her assets are not that much and she does work. need help. thank you.

also do we both sign one?

A properly executed pre-nup is operative in divorce proceedings. Disclosure is the name of the game. Full disclosure of assets is vital if the agreement is to be enforced. It must be signed by both parties prior to the marriage in a non-coerced aura. Accordingly, you should retain couynsel to represent you and she should have her own, independent, counsel advise her.
