I'm new at this, but do have a question. My ex husband subpoena my last work history to use against me in court, or just to let me know he is still in control, what can I do at this point? Thank you!

You pobably need an attorney. If there are no issues pending he is not allowed to go on a fishing expedition. He is supposed to give you ten days notice before sending out the subpoena, you always have he right to object. If sent out with no notice file a motion for sanctions against him for not following he rules.
