My question is , im married but ive been separate for like 7 years now my actual couple wants to get married is there any way that my exwife make a letter letting us get married until we disolve our divorce because im living in the US but she lives in Puerto Rico so it will take some time to disolve that

No. If you wish to get married to your new love interest you must file for divorce and actually be awarded a divorce by a court of law.
