I reside in miami-Dade County in Florida and I have been separated from my wife for 6 years. as far as I can tell she is residing in Seattle, Washington and we are not in contact. what steps do I need to take to get a divorce as easily and cheaply as possible.

You can file in Florid, she must be served the divorce papers. Much easier to use an attorney rather than try by your self.
