I am a resident of Florida and am about to file a petition for divorce. My wife lives in the Czech Republic. My question is: how do I legally serve the divorce documents and papers to my wife? Can I use an acknowledgement form sent by mail and have her fill it out and sign it? And if so, will the court accept this? Thank you, Michael

You can use the standard "Acceptance of Service" form, if she'll sign it. If not, you'll have to have her served by a private process server, which will probably cost somewhere in the neighborhood of $1,000 plus the cost of travel there.
