How do I get a restraining order ?

I am a single woman, and I am having problems with an ex boyfriend, and I would love to find out what my rights are about getting a resraining order

You may try to obtain a Restraining Order by petitioning the Courts in your county.

Simply scroll down to the section that is titled "Domestic and Repeat Violence"

There are instructions within these forms. However, the facts are different in each and every case. Therefore, you should consult a local attorney and inform the attorney of the specific facts pertaing to your case.
