do i have any rights to a child that i have been raising for 2 years

i have had my 2 year old step-grandchild living in my home for 2 years without the parents living here and the father has taken her out of my home,the mother has had no contact,and i believe the child is not in a safe enviorment,she adores me,he is not thinking of the childs feeling at all,is ther anything i can do?

If you feel the child is in physical danger you should call the FL abuse hotline. 800 96 abuse. It would be difficult to intervene in other ways.
