Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Separation Agreement

We have drawn up a mutually agreed upon marriageseparation agreement. We are not interested in a ''legal'' separation wherein we would have attorney and court costs. We both have agreed to all the terms stated in the agreement, but would appreciate a review of the agreement by an attorney to be sure we have included all the items we should. We'd like to fax the document to an attorney for review.

Re: Separation Agreement

I do not believe that any attorney will review this instrument without requiring a payment. Time and knowledge are the only commodities that an attorney has to sell. Would you walk into the butcher and ask for free meat?

I suggest that you contact an attorney and discuss a reasonable fee for the review of the Agreement.
