separation issue

i live more to 4 years with my ex-boyfriend and we got several thing on my name and his, like cars personal loan etc.

now that we are no longer living together he is no paying anything, hi is heating my credit a lot besides the stresse that and sufering all this time trying to deal with him and the banks.

i want to know if is anything that i can do to make him pay what he got to pay or take my name out of the loans and his car or if is anything that can be done.

Re: separation issue

If you co-signed with him, the contract allows for the creditor to look to you or to him or to both of you for payment.

Your recoruse is to sue him (in Small Claims Court) for his half of the debt.
