The courts have been little help because you do not know how to work them. You would be well served by obtaining representation. Call me directly at (619) 222-3504.

In California, there is a presumption that an asset acquired between the date of marriage and the date of separation is community property.

I suggest that you consult with an experienced family law lawyer. Experience is not expensive, it's priceless!

You will find some valuable information on various family law issues at my web site.

Good luck to you!
