Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

signing travel stipulation

I am pro se in divorce proceeding. From magistrate there was recommended entry of final judgment , but I object to that and have hearing on April 3 on my objections. So far we had signed partial settlement agreement about parenting plan. There is signed that I am aloud to spent up to 6 weeks with my daughter abroad in the summer visiting my family and that Stipulation and Order must be signed by the parties listing the dates with complete itinerary . I have provided my husband the itinerary, but he refuses to sign the stipulation, He knows how important is for me to see my family and want to use that that against me as leverage. He would not sign anything voluntarily and uses excuse that he is worried that I want to stay in Czech and not return- not true. How can I enforce at the Court that the Signed Partial agreement -parenting plan is followed by him and signs me on travel stipulation. What can I file at the Court, is there any motion ? Please advice me on that. Thank you so much

Re: signing travel stipulation

If he won't sign your settlement, then you need to set your case quickly for trial. In the trial, ask that you be given a six-week block of time to travel with your daughter. In a divorce case, only two things can happen with any given issue: settle or go to trial on the issue.
