Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hello! If my son dad has a writ out for his arrest for not paying his child support and has to purge out when ever they catch up to him but he has arrangement on the 30 of this month for a unrelated case will the court or judge know that he has a writ out for his arrest and keep him??? Who shall i notify if not?????

They should pick up on it however make sure you bring your paperwork and show to the judge that the writ is still outstanding.

Some judges will allow an arrest in their court for an unrelated civil charge, others will not. You may wish to tell the judges bailiff a day before the scheduled appearance so he can check on the validity of the warrant.
