I have a son, 18 months old, his mother is keeping me from visits suddenly if i do not give her $40 a week. There is no court order yet. I answered to a child support filing buy have not received a court date. The mother has ni stable housing and is staying with a family friend who i just received inormation on that is a registered sex offender. His maternal grsndmother has a boyfriend who also has a seriuos record. I want to have custody. The mother will not answer calls or texts. What can i do?????
