Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my son's mother has been denying me my son, we had a parenting plan that we both sign (not under the court). she recently started having him going to a daycare that I didnt approve of, basically keeping both of my kids separated (I have custody of my oldest son) I recently tried picking my youngest son up from the daycare and when I got there they told me that I couldnt pick my son up b/c the mother said so that following morning, Remind you my name is on the daycare list to pick my son up, plus the papers me and my child mother sign was for share weeks I got him on an bi-weekly bases. Do I have a lawsuit against the daycare? and I call the police which took them 3 hours to come up there in those three hours I was waiting I couldnt see my son. The mother had no documents stating that I could see my son or picking him up. I ask the daycare can the give a statement the owner replied to me that she would have to talk to her lawyer about that

the day care has their own policies. You need to file a contempt/enforcement against your wife for refusing visits with your son and attach the agreement that you both signed as to the child's care.
