Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What can I do if my ex splits his vacation time 6 ways? We each are allowed per decree "uninterrupted 2- (1 week) vacations." He sent me a schedule taking vacation on every Wednesday, and every Fri./Sat./Sun. ONLY on my visitation time for his half of the summer. This means I will not be able to see her not 1 single day during that half of summer. Decree states when he has her the visitation time is swapped were as now I can see her Wednesdays and every other weekend. I am residential parent. What is he in violation of and what can/should I file in court if he does this to me again?

Summer vacation is not split that way. You get a full two week vacation during the summer that is not interrupted. Read the fourth judicial guideline visitation schedule unless you have agreed to some other form of visitation.
