Spouse relinquish any assets/insurances/401

I am separated right now, divorce is eminent. My husband says he doesn't want anything. (He has moved out) I understand Fl has a no-fault law. Is there a legal document I can have him sign now, agreeing that he doesn't want anything? It would be, our home, 401K(through my work), cash payout(my retirement fund from work).

You and your soon to be ex-spouse should enter into a marital seperation agreement signed by both parties which would detail the division of marital assets and liabilities that would then be incorporated into the final judgment of dissolution of marriage.
