Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What state would have jurisdiction? Both My sons father lives in missouri and currently we are in tampa; who currently has jurisdiction; in a week we are moving to new jersey. What state will have jurisdiction over my children?

If you filed your case in Florida, Florida has jurisdiction. Once you establish via a court order residency in another state, then you can ask to have the case domesticated in the state you then reside in.
