State reporting of back child support to credit agency

The state is getting ready to post back child support to a credit agency. The amount that they are reporting is not accurate. I have attempted to request the appropriate hearings, but I have been turned down. What can I do now?

You need to file a motion to determine the amount of child support due and owing. I do not understand what you mean by "they keep turning me down". If you file the appropriate motion you are entitled to have it heard.
