they want to suspend my license for not paying.. in which they sre already taking a 130 a month from my social security check,,they were also taking 30 dollars a week from my pay check but i am not working now they were double dipping

Child Support enforcement is allowed to take portion of your social security check for payment of child support. Addiitonally they can also garnishes your wages. I can only assume that the reason they are double dipping is that you owe a substanital amount of child support. Depending on what the original agreement was and whether or not you have arreages. Arreages cannot be modified by the court. However, if paying your child support is a hardship you could apply to the court for a modification of the child support becasue of the substantial change of circumstances.
