Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Thanks again for taking time to answer questions.

in this child support case and the venue questions i have been asking, today was or is a turning point. I filed a motion to dismiss 2 months back, the Dept. of Revenue had 40 days to respond and they failed to do so, today I failed a default and it was entered buy the clerk.

My question is this,

How do I get a default finial judgment entered without having to give notice to the other party, and how do I get the JA to put it on the docket?

You can't get a default final judgment without notifying the other party if they've filed anything with the clerk. But if the clerk stamped your default, you don't need one.
