I keep telling my daughters new boyfriend he can't stay here overnight but does it any way. Now she says he is homeless. She has a 5 year old and a 5 month old. She wants to leave with him if I don't let him stay. He doesn't work. Has no money or job. She has mental disabilities and is on SSI. She is 25. What can I do about this situation ? I'm at my wits end worrying.

Is it your home? You're not required to permit anyone in your home that you don't want to be there.
