Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I thought I divorced my second wife in 1987.I married my third wife in 2008. Recently I found out that my second divorce was not final. My third wife is not a US citizen and I recently found out that my second wife is dead (2013). My question is do I have to divorce my third wife?

You were legally married to wife #2 when you married wife #3 so the marriage to wife #3 is void you need to get an annulment. You cnnot divorce #2 because she is deceased

You need to remarry wife #3. Can be done at Court house.
