I need to get my name off of the title for my house
I would like to get my name off of the title for my house. My ex-wife still lives there, and in the divorce papers, I am still responisble for the credit portion of the house, but I am not responsible for the upkeep of the house. I just want to get my name off of the house.

Who received the home in the Divorce? We can do a Quit Claim deed over to her but the mortgage will still stay in the same names. If I can help, please e-mail me. RussMeade@aol.com
