Not necessarily, however, in general, if you are married to a woman who gives birth to a child, the court will employ a presumption that the woman's husband of record is the father of the child.

In your case, for the court to order that child support be paid, the mother or the department of revenue on her behalf would have to petition the court for child support. At that point, you can rebut the presumption that you are the father (assuming she really did get pregnant by another man).
