Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have an ungovernable son who is 17. He is from a good family and has 2 older brothers who are college students. My 17 year old has runaway from home more than 5 times in the past 6 months. He has gotten involved in drugs with some other teenagers and I have tried everything. He will not comply with anything we say. He has basically dropped out-of-school. We want to get him help but are too upside down financially due to the economy and some homes that we own and had to lease because we could not sell and only had them because of job transfers. We do not qualify for any financial break on Teen Drug Programs. Everything we have looked into cost 25,000-30,000 per year. Can you help us to figure out legally how we can get help. He has been diagnosed with a learning disability as well and too Adderall during the past school year. He is an uprising Senior if he gets back into school. Is there anything we can do to get help. We have tried everything local to get some kind of help. No one can hold him against his will unless he is caught breaking the law.

The state doesn't currently offer any program that could assist you. It's possible that your city or county may offer something.
