we are unsure of paternity but have paid support until child became an adult. is there a limit on the years you can request DNA and possible reimbursement if dna shows child not mine

You are not entitled to reimbursement. Once the child is emancipated the court has no jurisdiction to hear anything. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659.

You should have checked on paternity prior to this child becoming an adult. You will receive no reimbursement for child support paid. Your child will have to allow you to do the DNA test as he/she is now an adult.
