Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

unwed parents living at father's house with mother's child from a previous relationship and a baby thry had together. There is only one income in the household which is the father. Mother is not employed. Mother is receiving assistance and child support from child father from previous relationship. Father of baby is caring for his child and mother's child. Mother and Fathet of the baby are noting getting along which mother wants to leave the state taking the children. Mother is trying to put father on child support in which fathet has been taking care of his child since day one. What rights does father have in this situation.

He will need to file a paternity suit to get it established that he is the father. Then he will be able to Petition the court for visitation rights , custody and child support.
