Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my wife has admitted to an affair that started with an online conversation with an old school boyfriend. she now wants to take our child away to another state to be with this new person. i have started a divorce proceding but she is determined to have a judge determine if she can take our child with her to be with this other man. how do judges view this type of situation and do they rule in favor of the wives for child care?

are there laws against adultery?

There are no lawsuits against adultery.

Relocations are rarely granted, and I'd say that, if her only reason for wanting to relocate are so that she can be with her boyfriend, her chances of having a relocation granted are just about nil.

Florida law doesn't favor women over men in terms of custody, though more women get custody because that's usually what couples end up agreeing to.
