Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex wife to be has anger issues, and we are going tru a divorce. she is pregnant with my baby and she had threnthen to keep the baby away from me... I am a law abiding citizen that love my kid..I have been serve to appear in court .I really will want the jugde or magistrate to order a parenting course... how can i go about this...

Simply ask for it in your Dissolution of Marriage petition.

When you appear in court, ask the Judge for it. Most Judge's require parenting classes when children are involved. "Children First" classes brochure can be obtained from the clerk's office.
