Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My wife and I are looking at a Dissolution of marriage. I am 64 and drawing SSI and working part time. My wife is 63 and works full time and does not draw SSI. While married when she would have retired at 66 she would have got half of my SSI. After the disolutionment how will that affect hers and my SSI when she retires at 66?

When she collects SSI and you do as well you will likely get an increase if she takes her money at a later age. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659
