Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my wife and I divorced several years ago. we have 60/40 custody with my wife being primary residence. we live in Florida. She has moved numerous times, lives with other people and now lives in a one bedroom eff. apt with her boyfriend. I am remarried and we own a home. my daughter is 8 years old, she has her own bedroom at my house. I would like to change primary residence to my home so she can go to school from here. and have a stable home. my ex wants her to go to school in another city near her. how can I get primary changed without costing me a fortune.
