Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My wife and I were divorced over 2 years ago. I recently obtained a copy of the divorce and it said items were listed in "exhibits" but the Clerk of Courts said that no exhibits were filed. Could the attorney go back now and file the exhibits? Or would we have to sit down and go thru things and agree on them again? Thanks...John

Depending on what exhibits you are referring to they can be filed later, assuming that no one contests the authenticity of the filed documents. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact my office.
