My wife and I are English and married in Fort Myers in 2007 and have a home in Florida but now wish to divorce.
We have agreed all terms.
We spend at least six months of the year in Florida, we have Florida driving licences.
I am now in England until late August, can I still file for divorce by sending the documents to the court in Fort Myers
