My ex wife and I have equal custody of my 7 year old daughter. My ex has made plans to keep my daughter out of school to go to disneyworld without consulting me. When I found out I told her it was not ok and she said it was too late because the plans were already made. Is this legal. Can I stop it. What can I do?

Depending on when the trip is, you may not be able to stop her. However, after the trip, file a contempt motion for majority time share on the basis of poor decision making on her part.
