My wife took my kids to Alabama from Florida with my permission. She now as moved the kids to Indiana and I am still in Florida. I want to go get my kids and bring them back to Florida with me. We have not filed for Divorce yet which I will be doing shortly, but do I have the right to knock on her door and take my boys back home with me?
Please help. Thank you.
