Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

wife and money

I need to stop my wife from spend our bank account down.Out of 19,000 she has spent 13,000 in this past year.She has the beginnings of Alzheimers disease and is irrational more than lucid the problem is that this money is in my wife and daughters name. My daughter is learning disabled and would do anything my wife would say.It boils down to how can I stop her legaly from using this account.

If your name is not on the account, then your only way to get access to the money is to file a guardianship on your wife. To do that, you'd have to prove, among other things, that she's not mentally competent to handle her own finances.
