The sadness in divorces is always the children. You can certainly obtain a divorce. If you feel your spouse will withhold visitation or that she is not the proper person to have custody, you can challenge that in court. The standard situation is that she will have custody, you will have visitation every other weekend and one day/night during the week unless you both agree otherwise. Every other holiday in even/odd years. You will have to pay child support if you are not the parent whom the child will reside.

You have as much right to custody as your wife does. In fact, 50/50 custody is becoming quite common in the area in which you've listed as your zip code. Call me or email me, and I can explain more.
