Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex wife wants to reduce my visitation with my son. We have a parenting agreement through the courts which allows me visitation every other weekend and one day during the week. For the last 6 months we both verbally agreed to change the visitation to me being able to have my son every other week. Now she doesn't want to agree to the visitation anymore and wants to go back to the original agreement. I do not want to. Does our verbal agreement have any weight or can she just go back to the original one?

since you have been doing this for 6 months and the age of the child will depend on whether or not the court will allow you to continue the week on and week off. I suggest you file a change of visitation and present your case to the court. Parents today get two days a week, usually Thursday night through taking the child back to school on Monday and perhaps one night extra week.
