Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex wife's new husband adopted my son, with my consent, 4 years ago. Now she has been writing my family members and my wife about how the child is doing. She told my sister that she and her husband are getting a divorce and she now wants me to pay child support. Can she do this. I signed the papers to have him adopt my son they even changed my son's full name, he was 6 years old, from the name I gave him. He had my name. I havent had a relationship with him in 5 years and I dont even know him name. Can she make me pay child support?
