Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Will he EVER Leave???

I filed uncontested dissolution Nov 13; our final hearing is scheduled for Dec 9. My husband signed all paperwork. We are living in my home, purchased before marrying - no children. At what point is he supposed to LEAVE??? I understand I cannot force or lock him out while we're still legally married, but what about when our divorce is actually final? Is he compelled to leave then? He's not packing, making arrangments, nothing. He is in utter denial.

Re: Will he EVER Leave???

At the final hearing, ask the judge for exclusive use and possession of the house. Basically, that means he has to leave. If he doesn't leave, you can show the order to the police, who will force him to leave.
