Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex will be getting served child custody papers on monday. If she refuses and goes and picks up my son from school and leaves what do i do? No agreement is in place yet.

just being served with papers to begin the custody process does not limit her rights. you will need a court order to do so.

Unless there is a court order she can do what she wants so hire a lawyer and get a court order.
