company medical insurance
I was in a car accident and will be out of work for up to 12 weeks. I have not received my FMLA paperwork though I requested them from my employer.....two questions.
If I receive the paperwork within the next week...does my flma start as of the day I told them or the day I receive the paperwork?
Is the company supposed to pay for my medical insurance $300. a month and I pay the portion I always do...or do I have to pay the full premium?
