Legal Question in Medical Leave in Florida
I have been employed with my company for almost 3 years. My baby is due in less than one month. My employer is letting me go in a week but says he will not pay me for maternity leave. Most weeks I work approximately 30 -35 weeks. Can he do this?

Yes. FMLA does not require payment of salary.
