Legal Question in Medical Leave in Florida

Family Leave Act

My wife's employer in Florida has a total of 4 individuals that includes a husband and wife.

Does the FMLA provide for my wife to take leave to take care of a daughter -in-law after she has a baby and for how long .

FMLA has minimum requirements in order for an employer to be bound by the protections given the employee. 4 employees will not qualify for FMLA
