If I go out on FML ,can my company require me to use vacation or sick time in lieu of FML

Normally you can use sick time or vacation time as part of your FMLA to make it paid leave time. You understand that FMLA is unpaid time, right? If you want to use vacation or sick time instead, ask employer to show you their FMLA policy that says you have to exhaust sick or vacation time first.
