Legal Question in Medical Leave in Florida

I am under a great deal of stress n my job, I know that it is affecting my health. I have high blood pressure. I am also having headaches and I cannot sleep most night. The headaches and body aches are almost impossible to live with. Sometimes, I become very dizzy and my walk with slowly.I would like to apply for FMLA , am I eligible and will my employer try to fire me.

It does not sound like you are cut out for your job. Stress, I doubt, qualifies you and, in any event, it is unpaid leave. The stress will be there when you return. Start looking for alternative employment.
