Legal Question in Medical Leave in Florida

I worked as a starbuck's manager for more than 10 years and lost my jog in September after requesting temporary disability due to high risk pregnancy. Is this legal?

Probably not, you could have a claim for pregnancy discrimination, but you would need to go through all of the facts with an employment law attorney. You need to file an EEOC Charge alleging discrimination within 300 days of your termination.
