Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

In 2012 I was in a car accident and forgot to pay my insurance and got into an accident, literally 2 days after it canceled there was a debt from that of 36k from state farm that brought it to court in 2015 but in 2014 I went to prison on unrelated matter I received notification and responded to the courts that I wad incarcerated and couldn't make the hearing date. I just was released on Jan 24th 2016 and apparently the court granted the judgement while I wad unable to appear and they're suspendinlicense on Feb 8th 2016. I haven't even got a chance to find a job and I contacted the attorney representing state farm Hinkley and rickie or something and they don't care basically that I have no money and no means to pay and with suspended license that will only compound the problem. So my question is, can I get back into Court since I was incarcerated when this was granted and can I get it done immediately? Or can I file for some type of assistance or clence or anything to help prevent this suspension and or the judgements entirely? Please help

You can file with the Court and seek the lifting of the suspension OR you can seek the right to drive to and from work despite the suspension. You also will need to figure out a way to start making payments on the judgment.
